From six figures to something that matters
It only took seven months for my dream job to turn into my worst nightmare. I was making six figures a year and a half out of college — and I was numb.
I had built the resume: finance degree from BYU-Idaho, pricing strategy at a major company, the trajectory everyone said I should want. But I was coaching men who refuse to choose between winning and peace because I had lived the alternative.
Now I'm building a life on my own terms: dad school at 9am, coaching calls at lunch, park at 3pm. My kids won't just inherit a check. They'll inherit a dad who chose presence over performance — and did it scared.

My mission is to build an army of men who are fighting against the disintegration of the family — men who excel in their divine role to preside in love, provide protection, and lead with righteousness.
A dad first, a coach second
I keep a list of the wrong things my kids say — Chicken Shit, Poopaste, Hold you me — because someday they'll say everything right, and I'm not ready for that yet.
I saw a kid throw a snowball at his dad who was on his phone and didn't notice. The boy packed another one. Kids don't give up on us the first time. They try again. I hope my kids never stop chucking snowballs at me.
